Job Description

As a Glass Blower at XYZ Blowers, you'll play a critical role in our production line. Your responsibilities will include monitoring blower settings, conducting regular inspections, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure continuous operations.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor blower operations for efficiency.
• Document all maintenance and repairs meticulously.
• Conduct quality checks on the glass products produced.
• Work with engineers to improve blower design and functionality.
• Assist in stock management of spare parts and materials.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the team in achieving production targets.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Report any safety concerns immediately.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational or technical qualification in engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in operating industrial blowers

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Certifications

• Safety and Health Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
