Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and will provide exceptional technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support users with troubleshooting issues related to software applications.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and development teams on product improvements.
  • Identify recurring technical issues and suggest potential improvements.
  • Create user guides and training documents for clients.
  • Assist in software deployments and system updates as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
