Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Sheffield. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services within our organisation. Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructures, including servers and networks.
• Document solutions and update knowledge base to improve future support.
• Assist in the rollout of new applications and software updates.
• Support remote workers with technical issues and guidance.
• Investigate and resolve user complaints efficiently.
• Work on IT projects as assigned by management, including upgrades and installations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Additional IT certifications are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.
