Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Support Specialist to join our Edinburgh team. This role involves providing reliable administrative assistance, managing communication, and ensuring smooth office operations. Ideal candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide first-line support to employees in administrative inquiries.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile information as requested.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in an administrative support function
