Requirements

Education

• Valid electrical certification or qualification
• Additional certifications in diesel engine technology

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years working as a Diesel Electrician.

Technical Skills

• Experience with specific diesel engine brands
• Proficient with diagnostic tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of electrical systems in diesel locomotives: Advanced knowledge in the maintenance of railway locomotives.
• Supervisory experience: Experience in leading or supervising a team of electricians.
