Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Glasgow team. In this role, you will provide technical support for both hardware and software issues while ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standard of service and support our employees effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in resolving IT-related issues for employees promptly.
  • Update and maintain IT documentation and user guides.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Work with external vendors to resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and backups of IT systems.
  • Provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environment
