Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Corn Grinder Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain the automatic corn grinding machines, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processing various corn products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the grinding machines are correctly set and functioning under optimal conditions.
• Monitor production processes to guarantee adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Identify process bottlenecks and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of operational data and maintenance logs.
• Engage with the quality control team to meet product specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating automatic corn grinding machines or similar equipment.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Knowledge of PLC Systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Food Processing Industry: Familiarity with processing standards and regulations.
• Health and Safety Certifications: Certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are a plus.
