• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in refining or a related field is preferred
• Refining Equipment Operation Ability to operate and maintain refining machinery effectively.
• Chemical Safety Knowledge Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in chemical processing.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
• Problem-solving Effective at identifying and solving operational issues.
• Health and Safety Certification
• Refinery Operations Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Technical Proficiency with Refining Software: Familiarity with software used in refining processes and record-keeping.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to lead process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
