Job Description

We are searching for a reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with tax regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial statements and records. You will assist in preparing reports and ensure timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

  • Record and categorise all financial transactions accurately.
  • Ensure all invoices are issued promptly and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to present to management.
  • Recommend improvements to internal financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing cash flow and financial planning.
  • Provide financial insights to help inform business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to assess financial needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant vocational training in bookkeeping
  • A degree in finance or accounting is an advantage
Experience
  • Solid background in bookkeeping with 3+ years of experience
