We are in search of a Financial Systems Analyst who has a strong understanding of financial processes and systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our financial data, implementing system improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise existing financial systems for effectiveness.
• Support system upgrades and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial systems.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of financial reports.
• Work with external auditors during financial audits.
• Create user manuals for finance-related systems.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on financial software.
• Maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis or implementation
