Job Description

As a Social Media Strategist, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that will resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaigns.
• Utilise social media marketing tools to schedule posts and analyse results.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Create and manage social media ads within budget.
• Assist in crisis management through appropriate social media handling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Certifications in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or similar role

• SEO Knowledge
• Graphic Design Tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
