We are seeking a talented Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leicester. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining our chemical products, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for the design and development of chemical production processes.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product standards are maintained.
• Perform continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders.
• Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on best practices.
• Collaborate with R&D for the development of new chemical products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related field
