We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our talented team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with all regulations while playing a key role in driving the financial strategy of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records through regular audits.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies.
• Perform risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve financial performance.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to inform decisions.
• Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements.
• Mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field
