Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Wellness Program Specialist to design and implement health initiatives in our Doncaster location. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of wellness trends and be adept at engaging individuals and communities in health-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch health initiatives that resonate with community members.
  • Analyse health data to inform program development and enhancements.
  • Facilitate group sessions focused on nutrition, fitness, and mental wellness.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on program activities and outcomes.
  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals seeking to improve their wellness.
  • Develop promotional content to raise awareness of wellness programs.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to identify potential program opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a relevant field
  • Certification in Wellness Coaching is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in health and wellness programme management
