Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Project Lead to oversee logistics projects in Falkirk. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of project management, from planning through execution, align with our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams and enhance operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics initiatives, coordinating resources and schedules to deliver projects on time.
• Assess project risks and develop contingency plans to maintain progress.
• Implement project management best practices to increase team efficiency.
• Lead budget management efforts and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lesson learned and areas for improvement.
• Establish strong relationships with partners in the supply chain.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle quickly and effectively.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field
• Master's degree desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management or project lead role
