Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, managing content creation, and enhancing our brand’s online presence. You will work closely with our marketing team to drive engagement and foster a vibrant online community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social media content creation that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
  • Engage with the online community to build relationships and promote customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Work closely with SEO specialists to optimize social media content for search engines.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance for the management team.
  • Develop training materials for team members on best practices for social media engagement.
  • Monitor competitors' social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Foster a positive company image through effective social media outreach.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a social media management role
