Job Description

As a UX Research Analyst, you will collaborate closely with designers and product teams to ensure our products meet user needs. Your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods will inform the design process, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user-focused research initiatives to guide product development.
  • Prepare insightful reports that summarize key findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure solutions are user-centric and meet identified needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with the design team to discuss research insights.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track user interactions and gather additional insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to validate user research with market trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience
