Job Description

We are seeking an IT Help Desk Manager to lead our dedicated support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring high-level customer service and providing innovative support solutions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
