Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Roofer Applicator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to determine appropriate roofing solutions.
• Utilise hand and power tools effectively for installations.
• Document work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Train and mentor junior staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Promote safe working practices among team members.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Roofing NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• Training in Health and Safety regulations is preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in roofing.

Technical Skills

• Flat Roofing Systems
• Use of Power Tools

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Valid Driving Licence

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with lead work: Ability to work with lead flashing and other materials for waterproofing.
• Additional qualifications in roofing or a related field: Educational background for advanced techniques and safety protocols.
