Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Planner to oversee and manage construction projects from conception through to completion in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a keen understanding of construction processes, enabling them to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review project proposals to align with client expectations.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to keep all parties informed.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables regularly.
  • Engage in contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage resource allocation and team assignments to optimize performance.
  • Analyse project performance and suggest enhancements for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in construction project management.
