Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our committed team in London. In this role, you will provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and assess individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for staff on best practices for inclusivity.
  • Encourage student participation in class and promote positive behaviour.
  • Utilise assistive technology effectively to enhance learning experiences.
  • Work with external agencies to support students' academic and personal development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or relevant field
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is required
Experience
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
