Job Description

As a Tax Consultant with us, you'll play a crucial role in advising clients on their tax obligations while optimising their tax positions. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns, offering in-depth tax planning advice, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. Your expertise will be vital in providing clients with the guidance they need to navigate the complexities of the tax system.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute various tax compliance tasks for clients.
• Regularly liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
• Provide insight on the tax impact of various business transactions.
• Develop strategies for effective tax planning and mitigation.
• Support junior staff with their development and training.
• Contribute to team meetings and collaborative projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information responsibly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• Relevant tax qualification is a plus

Experience

• Up to 5 years of professional tax experience preferred

• Corporate Tax Knowledge

• ACCA Qualification

Languages
