Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to lead our team in Birmingham. This role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor hotel staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage guest interactions, proactively enhancing satisfaction.
  • Implement standard operating procedures to optimise efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality management are preferred
