Job Description

We are seeking a creative UX Designer to join our Liverpool team. If you are passionate about user-centric design and have an eye for detail, this is the perfect role for you! You'll be responsible for crafting user experiences, conducting user research, and collaborating with our development team to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in user research activities to inform design processes.
  • Design and iterate on user experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Assist in the development of UI style guides and design systems.
  • Work collaboratively with developers to ensure application usability.
  • Create interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.
  • Identify and troubleshoot design challenges throughout the development cycle.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.
  • Participate in design reviews with other team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Professional UX certification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
Technical Skills
  • User Experience Design
  • Design Software (Adobe Suite, Figma)
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)
Languages

  • Experience in Accessibility Standards: Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and standards for accessibility.
