Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems and networks. You will provide technical support to end-users and ensure all IT systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist users with technical issues via helpdesk tickets.
  • Install, test, and configure new technology and systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of computer systems and networks.
  • Train end-users on upgraded systems and software.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to improve system performance.
  • Document technical issues and solutions, creating user manuals.
  • Perform regular backups and data integrity checks.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support roles.
