Job Description
As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems and networks. You will provide technical support to end-users and ensure all IT systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist users with technical issues via helpdesk tickets.
Install, test, and configure new technology and systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of computer systems and networks.
Train end-users on upgraded systems and software.
Collaborate with network engineers to improve system performance.
Document technical issues and solutions, creating user manuals.
Perform regular backups and data integrity checks.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in IT support roles.
