Job Description

The Center Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center. The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking, communication, and organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare.
  • Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implement best practices in education and childcare.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, offering support and guidance.
  • Create and manage the center's operational budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, families, and community members.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure child welfare.
  • Coordinate events and activities that promote family engagement.
  • Prepare reports for the management team regarding operational success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in education management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in center management, preferably in an educational setting.
