Job Description

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a UX research role

Technical Skills

• User-Centered Design
• Heuristic Evaluation
• Wireframing and Prototyping Tools

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Empathy

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Advanced User Research Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
• Experience with A/B Testing: Experience in running A/B tests to measure UX improvements.
