Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Field Research Assistant to support our research initiatives. You will be instrumental in gathering data, conducting interviews, and analysing findings that contribute to our impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and conducting fieldwork efficiently.
  • Provide support in analyzing results and drafting research papers.
  • Engage effectively with participants during interviews and focus groups.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of research activities.
  • Take part in discussions and contribute ideas for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Prior experience in community engagement or qualitative research is advantageous
