We are on the lookout for a dedicated Field Research Assistant to support our research initiatives. You will be instrumental in gathering data, conducting interviews, and analysing findings that contribute to our impactful projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and conducting fieldwork efficiently.
Provide support in analyzing results and drafting research papers.
Engage effectively with participants during interviews and focus groups.
Maintain up-to-date records of research activities.
Take part in discussions and contribute ideas for future projects.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
Prior experience in community engagement or qualitative research is advantageous
