Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales efforts in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and data analytics. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving the customer journey, and optimising our online platforms to meet market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce operation, from strategy development to execution.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey by refining website content and structure.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues affecting online sales.
  • Create promotional content and product descriptions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage budget allocation for marketing campaigns and resources effectively.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting analytics usage within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
