File Machine Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled File Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility will be operating file machines to cut, shape, and smooth materials according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate file machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary.
• Assist in training new operators in safe and efficient machine practices.
• Document maintenance and repairs performed on machinery.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a File Machine Operator or in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• File machine operation
• Blueprint reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines is a bonus.
• Health and safety awareness: Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
