Job Description

We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to help clients resolve their technical issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service while addressing technical issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex technical problems.
  • Document procedures for technical support best practices.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to confirm resolution of issues.
  • Support onboarding processes for new customers by providing training and account setup.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support roles
