Job Description
We are searching for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to help clients resolve their technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide exemplary customer service while addressing technical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for complex technical problems.
Document procedures for technical support best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to confirm resolution of issues.
Support onboarding processes for new customers by providing training and account setup.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in technical support roles
