Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Liverpool office. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure all systems run efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries regarding hardware and software issues.
  • Provide guidance on IT best practices to users.
  • Ensure the security of the organisation's IT systems.
  • Perform backup operations and data recovery as needed.
  • Assist in the management of IT-related projects.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development.
  • Develop user manuals and documentation for new IT systems.
  • Work with other departments to understand their IT needs.
  • Support the IT manager in achieving departmental objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Additional IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support
