Job Description
As an Urban Planning Analyst, you will engage in data analysis and stakeholder consultations to inform planning policies and strategies. This position is key in facilitating the evolution of Bath as a vibrant, sustainable city.
Responsibilities
Analyse zoning regulations and urban design guidelines.
Support the development of long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Coordinate with local government and community organisations.
Conduct field surveys to gather empirical data.
Develop visual aids and presentations for planning proposals.
Assist in the management of project schedules and budgets.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Sciences
Postgraduate qualification in Urban Design is a plus
Experience
3+ years of experience in urban planning or consultancy
