Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our rapidly growing team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support. As part of our IT Support team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing guidance to end-users, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person.
  • Identify IT problems and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining the IT budget by tracking expenses and procurement.
  • Cooperate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain systems.
  • Assist in training new staff on IT procedures and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Additional IT certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
