Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of civil engineering projects.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors for project materials.
  • Analyse survey reports, maps, and other data.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide on-the-job training.
  • Manage quality assurance and control processes.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Adapt project plans based on changing requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master’s degree or additional certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering roles
