UX Researcher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our team in Edinburgh. You'll play a pivotal role in understanding user needs and behaviours to influence design decisions. Your insights will directly shape our products, ensuring they resonate with users. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research plans to gather user feedback.
• Utilise various research methods, including A/B testing and focus groups.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product designs.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on user behaviour and preferences.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes and prototypes based on user feedback.
• Ensure all research activities align with ethical guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UX research or related field
