Job Description

As a Telecom Project Manager, you'll lead critical projects that shape our telecommunications offerings. We are seeking an individual who excels in project management, understands the technical aspects of telecom systems, and can effectively manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor project team members, fostering career development and skills enhancement.
  • Engage with clients and external partners to ensure project alignment with customer needs.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Integrate new technologies into project planning and execution.
  • Align project objectives with company goals and strategic vision.

  • Create comprehensive project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT or Project Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in project management in telecom environments
