Job Description

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our Bristol team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT service management, with expertise in delivering high-quality support to internal and external clients. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our IT service delivery, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a dedicated team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the IT support team.
  • Ensure adherence to all service management processes and standards.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues that require sophisticated problem-solving.
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers to enhance service offerings.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
