Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders and administration as per care guidelines.
• Engage with patients to promote their emotional well-being.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Assist in the transportation of patients within the facility.
• Ensure that all care documentation is completed accurately.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational qualification in healthcare is preferred

Experience

• Experience in providing personal care or support to individuals is beneficial.

Languages
