• Evaluate student performance and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain regular communication with students and their families.
• Use data analytics to track student performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to manage online course logistics.
• Lead online workshops and seminars to enhance student learning.
• Develop and maintain digital learning resources and guides.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in distance education or online tutoring
