Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Site Engineer to join our telecommunications team in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with contractors to enhance infrastructure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work in progress to ensure that it meets industry standards.
• Coordinate site logistics and ensure timely deliveries of materials.
• Foster good relationships with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve site issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• Compile and analyze data to report on site performance and project efficiency.
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes.
• Engage in regular communication with the office team to report on project status.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or related field
• Professional qualifications in engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a site engineering role
