Job Description

In this role as an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator, you will be tasked with applying adhesive materials onto surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion for a range of products. Attention to detail is essential as you'll need to maintain high-quality finishes in all your projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate adhesive bonding machines before operation.
• Execute lamination processes while following company procedures.
• Inspect materials and processes to ensure quality outputs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Document production metrics and report on performance.
• Work cohesively with other operators to improve workflow.
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in training sessions for new machines or methods.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or certification is a plus

Experience

• Previous experience in adhesive laminating or a similar role is preferred.
