Job Description

Join our team as a Plant and System Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in waste management. You will oversee the operation of our incineration systems, ensuring efficient waste disposal and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the continuous operation of waste incineration systems.
• Conduct safety checks and implement emergency procedures.
• Document and report any environmental compliance issues.
• Support waste segregation processes to enhance recycling efforts.
• Monitor emissions and ensure they meet regulatory standards.
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as conveyors and shredders.
• Collaborate with environmental agencies during inspections.
• Implement training programs for operational safety.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies for waste processing.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in waste management or environmental science is an advantage.

Experience

• 2-3 years of operational experience in waste management preferred.
