Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee our clinical trial operations in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive research excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project timelines, ensuring studies are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and ethics committees.
  • Foster a culture of safety and ethical conduct in all research activities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate project updates.
  • Implement and review policies and procedures related to clinical research activities.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting of clinical study results.
  • Participate in budget development and resource allocation for clinical trials.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or related field
  • PhD in a relevant field preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical trial management and oversight
