Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Health Informatics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to effectively manage and analyse healthcare data, significantly improving patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyse healthcare data to improve decision-making processes.
Implement strategies for data integrity and security within health informatics systems.
Work closely with IT teams to enhance the functionality of health informatics software.
Identify and rectify inconsistencies in data reporting and usage.
Ensure that healthcare staff are well-trained in the latest health informatics technologies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data-driven approaches into patient care.
Regularly review and update systems to comply with new healthcare regulations.
Create reports detailing findings and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree in Health Informatics is preferred

3+ years of experience in health informatics or data analysis
