Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Health Informatics Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to effectively manage and analyse healthcare data, significantly improving patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse healthcare data to improve decision-making processes.
  • Implement strategies for data integrity and security within health informatics systems.
  • Work closely with IT teams to enhance the functionality of health informatics software.
  • Identify and rectify inconsistencies in data reporting and usage.
  • Ensure that healthcare staff are well-trained in the latest health informatics technologies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate data-driven approaches into patient care.
  • Regularly review and update systems to comply with new healthcare regulations.
  • Create reports detailing findings and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Health Informatics is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in health informatics or data analysis
