Job Description

We’re seeking a Chemical Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects in Reading. You will engage in research and development activities, work on process optimization, and develop new products, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop chemical processes for the production of new products.
• Conduct experiments and analyses to optimize existing processes.
• Collaborate with product development teams to create innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot process operations to enhance efficiency.
• Implement and oversee quality control protocols in production.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in chemical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related field
