We are seeking a skilled Film Sound Engineer to join our team. The role involves sound production and mixing for film projects, contributing to the overall audio experience. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in sound recording, editing, and mixing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the production team to capture high-quality audio.
• Design soundscapes to enhance the narrative experience.
• Conduct sound tests to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Train junior sound engineers and interns in best practices.
• Review film edits to adjust audio accordingly and ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain all audio equipment, ensuring readiness for production.
• Document audio processes and maintain records for each project.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Audio Engineering or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years experience in sound engineering for film or television

Technical Skills

• Logic Pro
• Sound Mixing Consoles
• Sound Restoration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Music Production: Background in music production to assist in sound editing.
