Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessing client needs, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client needs and develop personalized support strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Social Work is a plus
