We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Edinburgh team. In this role, you'll manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement through proactive communication and relationship management.
• Strategise to meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Analyse account performance metrics and present findings to the leadership team.
• Support onboarding of new clients and provide training on services.
• Foster collaboration among teams to enhance customer experience.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or business development
