Job Description

We are in search of a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Liverpool team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding technical assistance, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for customer technical support.
  • Investigate technical issues escalated by other support teams.
  • Engage with clients to understand their support needs.
  • Provide product feedback to the development team based on client interactions.
  • Validate and implement solutions to improve support processes.
  • Perform regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead training sessions for new hires on best support practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
